Cancellation & Pre-Order Policy
1. Once a deposit is paid, guests must call the restaurant if they wish to amend or cancel ANY bookings.
2. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice, via telephone, for table cancellations of 6 or more in the month of December.
3. If we are not informed in this notice period, unfortunately all deposits paid will be non-refundable.
4. If you have placed a pre-order, unless you have informed us via telephone 48 hours prior to your booking, all meals will be charged for in full.
